View Bio Henryk Sterniczuk

Henryk's role is to provide overall leadership for the program, while maintaining academic and professional standards. His primary research interests focus on corporate governance in transition economies and knowledge management.
Dr. Sterniczuk holds a PhD from the Polish Academy of Science in Warsaw and remains active in eastern European economic development. Additionally, he has published in numerous journals and conference proceedings, and presented at over a dozen competitive conferences.
Individually or jointly with others, he has published five research books, and provided chapters to six textbooks and research books.
In 2005, he published a book on Corporate Governance and is currently working on his next book.

View Bio Michelle Scott

Michelle joined the University of New Brunswick Saint John's Faculty of Business in 1994 as the Co-op Coordinator and became our MBA Coordinator in 2005.
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the MBA Program, Michelle is primarily responsible for student recruitment.
She also works with MBA students to develop their professional skills, coaching them on improvement in their academic studies, their work performance and interpersonal skills.
She also coordinates internships, projects, non-academic training, and study abroad.
Outside of her MBA responsibilities, Michelle teaches Introduction to Business, Organizational Behaviour and Business and Society in the Pre-MBA as well as Organizational Business Communication and Business Communications in the undergraduate program.
Michelle has nearly 25 years work experience, evenly split between industry and education, with a BComm from the University of Alberta (Marketing) and an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business (Marketing and International Trade).
