E.S. Fox Limited is a company of unique "CAPABILITIES" and since 1934, has grown to include 12 branch offices as well, 5 fabrication shops across Canada. Our full service, multi-trade capabilities brings proven success and strength to our clients capital projects and maintenance requirements.
Our custom steel fabrication shops are capable of manufacturing the smallest pipe spools, machine guards, to the largest, heaviest pressure vessels, pipe racks that can be shipped by water from our Ontario based facility located on the St Lawrence Seaway System. Modules, Pipe racks, Equipment skids, pipe spooling, Cryogenic Coldboxes are amongst the norm from these facilities.
Our newest fabrication facility located in New Brunswick further extends our strength in becoming a local supplier for the Eastern regions of Canada.
SAINT JOHN, NB FABRICATION SHOP
Our Saint John New Brunswick fabrication and assembly facility is located in Saint John NB on a 7 acre industrial business area just outside Saint John NB. This facility is in close proximity to water and rail shipment. Road access will allow shipment of oversize. The Saint John fabrication facility produces a wide range of fabricated steel products including pipe spools, pipe and equipment modules, pipe racks, and process modules.

? 23,000 Sq. Ft. (100? X 230?) of indoor manufacturing floor space, c/w temperature controlled in-floor heating system.
? Two 10 ton overhead cranes c/w 43 ft. under the hook.
? Two 5 ton overhead cranes c/w 43 ft. under the hook.
? Smoke extraction ventilation system that services the entire facility.
? South wall building bi-fold door opening 58? W x 40? H.
? Two additional overhead automatic doors at 20? x 20?.
? Outdoor assembly pad, 75? x 160? x 12? reinforced concrete pad.
? Currently 6 fitter fabrication tables with the capability of an additional six more.
? Entire facility is secured with fenced lot & video surveillance and motion sensors that send trips back to our live monitored security.
Multi-trade Manpower:
? UA label fabrication shop.
? 80,000 ? 100,000 manhours per year on two shifts.
