Partners for Workplace Inclusion Program (PWIP) is a one stop employment service for job seekers with disabilities. We keep employers ahead of the competition by recruiting qualified staff and ensuring referrals are the right match for each workplace culture. Developed by the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) and funded by the Opportunities Fund, Government of Canada, PWIP works with employers and community based organizations to enhance employment opportunities.
PWIP ensures clients have the tools and training employers need. Creating a diverse workforce of top talent makes good business sense-tap into a qualified market of candidates!
The CCRW is a network of organizations and individuals that provide leadership in programs and services for job seekers with disabilities and businesses committed to equity and inclusion.
A one-stop resource for disability and employment services, the CCRW works with businesses of all sizes and industries throught its Job Accommodation Service (JAS), Employment Services (ES), Partners for Workplace Inclusion Program (PWIP), Workplace Essential Skills Partnership (WESP), the Disability Awarmeness Series (DAS), Youth Initiatives and WORKink.
