		Mr. Watkins brings to Cushman & Wakefield LePage years of commercial real estate sales, leasing and consulting experience. He has a proven track record in completing property marketing, acquisition and disposition assignments including office, industrial, retail, institutional, multi family, residential, development, recreational and special projects. His clients over the years include major corporations such as Irving Oil Ltd., EMCO Corp., SNC Lavalin, Esso Oil, and Labatt Breweries. Mike has also worked with real estate developers, private investors, and a wide variety of office, industrial and retail clients. Mike has and continues to be very active in the Saint John and surrounding communties as an active volunteer and coach in minor sports as well as volunteering with Lions International. He is an active member of the Saint John Board of Trade and Fusion Saint John. Mike is a graduate of Camosin College in Victoria British Columbia. He continues to upgrade his skills through continuing education, which allows him to provide his clients with a level of service second to none.
