Academy of Learning was founded in 1987 as an organization of Franchised post-secondary
colleges. Since that time, we have grown to over 90 colleges in Canada, with additional colleges in United States, Barbados, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Australia. While we originally specialized in Office Administration courses, we now also offer study programs in Business, Healthcare Services, Accounting, Customer Service, Information Technology, Graphics and Web Design, and Insurance.
We attribute this extraordinary growth to our success in identifying and filling the gap between formal public education and the realities of the working world. We fulfill the requirements of both students and the
business community by developing a customized program of study for each student.
To meet the challenge of providing convenient and
effective training at an affordable cost, we developed a
unique system of learning, the Integrated Learning? System. This is a step-by-step method of learning that is results-oriented, regularly testing the knowledge of
each student as he or she progresses through every course. Our colleges support this system with one-on-one support from qualified staff members and flexible scheduling that permits each student to proceed at the speed that is right for him or her.
The success of the Integrated Learning? System is proven by the fact that it has been used to deliver over
one million courses to our students.
